A practice built across environments
My background connects hosting and technical support at GoDaddy, web and technical roles at Pier2 Marketing, Free the Line projects, and audio production at LMG. These environments share a requirement: people need systems they understand well enough to operate under real conditions.
Start with the actual work
Before choosing a platform or redesigning a workflow, I look at how requests arrive, where decisions get stuck and what the next person needs to know. Technical discovery and conversations with the people doing the work belong in the same process.
Make knowledge usable
Training, documentation and escalation paths are part of a system’s design. A useful explanation gives someone a next action, the reason for it and a way to recognize when it worked. My experience includes technical training and documentation across customer support and production environments.
Connect delivery to maintenance
A project is not finished just because the page launches or an integration responds once. Ownership, routine checks and clear handoffs determine whether the system remains useful. I bring that operational perspective to web development and project leadership.
Current work
I serve as Director of Partner Engagement at Pier2 Marketing and own and operate Free the Line with Deidra Cole. My offices are in Tucson, Arizona. This page describes my professional approach and experience, rather than a client case study with measured commercial results.
