My name is Bear Cole.  I am a Technology Professional with experience in I.T. Hosting and Server Administration, and Web Design and Marketing. I currently work for Pier 2 Marketing as the Director of Partner Engagement, and Head Trainer.

I hold degrees in Audio Engineering and Studio Recording, and Web & Graphic Design. I also have education and experience in Web Development and I.T. I have been a DJ for over 2 decades, toured as a Solo Musician, Member of Several Groups and Bands, and as an Audio Tech and Roadie. My number one asset is my entrepreneurial spirit and diversity of skill. I never stop learning and pushing myself to be more well rounded.

Much of my experience is in Management, Internet & Production Technology, and Training. I have Managerial experience in multiple realms. I have managed a team of customer support specialists in several roles, and worked to make sure we provided amazing support for our clients and partners.  I was a Supervisor and Lead for GoDaddy hosting technology and customer service teams for years.  I also Managed a full team of Event Professionals and DJ’s planning concerts, festivals, and weddings for PeaksPro Event Services. I was also the Head of the Audio Department for LMG Inc. in their Phoenix office. In these roles I was responsible for the Management and Training of hundreds of team members!
